What is the role

Roles and Responsibility  

Receive and resolve seller disputes and escalations within set TaT while maintaining productive working relationships with the seller. 

Achieve successful first-time resolution on all seller contacts. 

Recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting seller experience. 

Liaise with other departments such as commercial, finance, content, fulfillment etc to solve seller issues. 

Facilitate seller meetings (virtual/telephonic) to address seller disputes and escalation as required. 

Competencies  

Strong Communication skills; written and verbal both in and English 

Good interpersonal skills. 

Good Team player. 

Time management skills. 

Logical reasoning and data interpretation skills. 

Data entry and basic computer skills. 

Decision making ability  Can-do attitude and enjoys interacting with sellers
